Bruise the dog

Heya,

Just to let those who read blogs know: I am currently in a state of mourning, though I am also relieved that my dog did not have to suffer and/or be in pain unnecessarily. He was old, it was his time - he has had a great life with lots of free running, playing, love, care, cookies, great meals, and more love. I have a pic of him in my album on here, ways of always remembering him. Until the very end he loved to walk and sniffle and meet other dogs, but he had a tumor, and it killed him (probably by blood poisoning, as his weakening had set in very suddenly).
All we (he mainly lived with my parents) did was elevate his natural dying process by having him put to sleep - I stuck with him till the very end. I feel his spirit is with me, as he will always be welcome with me.

I'm very sad for your loss.  Know that my thoughts are with you...

Thanks to you and others who have showed their support.

It's been well, 8 days now, and naturally I'm much better now. In my view, his collar doesn't "stay empty" anymore, but he "doesn't need it" anymore. A subtle difference yes...

Um, music.

Yes I'm working on a number of new ideas, but I'm not there yet - I keep dismissing parts and lyrics almost as soon as I created them, however some ideas are so strong I really feel I'm going to do something with them soon.

Heh you'll see the 2K post show up soon! I hope I'll still be the first to reach the 2K when I get there though
